As the Lead Designer at Local Social Pro, I was responsible for developing innovative product strategies, features, and workflows that enhanced scalability and supported user growth. I worked closely with the development and creative teams to design and implement new solutions for our client dashboard, an intuitive platform that enabled clients and our production team to seamlessly generate, schedule, and publish branded social media content.
Our core objective was to deliver engaging, high-quality content tailored to each client’s unique brand identity, ensuring every published asset reflected their distinctive voice and visual style.
Customer Experience
With our core clients ranging from 30 to 60 years old, the platform was thoughtfully designed with user experience and accessibility at its core. From onboarding to branded content creation, every interaction was optimized for simplicity, clarity, and intuitive navigation—ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for users of all technical skill levels.
Delivering Value Through Branded Content
My goal was to build a system capable of producing high-quality branded content across multiple formats in just a few steps. Branded content was central to our clients’ digital presence by driving consistent engagement across social platforms.
The main challenge was designing master templates flexible enough to adapt to diverse client needs while maintaining visual consistency and professional quality. To address this, I collaborated closely with the development team to design scalable solutions tailored to various content scenarios. The resulting system was highly adaptable, minimized human error, and ensured every deliverable reflected the client’s brand standards with consistency.
Real Estate Website Template Design
As an upgrade to our main package, we introduced fully branded websites with IDX integration to expand our clients’ digital presence. A key priority was developing mobile-friendly, easily customizable website templates that seamlessly incorporated each client’s branding. I collaborated closely with the development team to design a suite of flexible templates that could be efficiently duplicated and updated, significantly streamlining the production process and reducing the workload for Junior Designers.
